About School of Discipleship
School of Discipleship is a ministry of Calvary Chapel South Bay. All of our instructors are ordained pastors or ministers with college degrees. The School of Discipleship staff are employees and/or ministers of Calvary Chapel South Bay, under the direction of Senior Pastor Steve Mays.
All students have the option of taking classes for personal interest or participation in one of our four discipleship programs. Each of our programs are designed to equip and educate the saint to experience practical ministry that will edify the body of Christ. Each class will offer related classroom studies along with practical hands on application.
To enroll, complete the registration insert and turn it in to the School of Discipleship office, along with any class fee. For those who are first time students, you must also submit a completed School of Discipleship application. Those seeking enrollment in the Practical Christian Ministry Program (leadership or evangelism), a reference form must also be submitted.
A certificate of completion will be awarded for those who complete all classes and ministry hours required.
